Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Techniche Labs (ABN: 81 667 931 017), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide custom software development, AI integration, systems integration, API development, technology consulting, and network administration services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in both pre-existing materials and custom software developed for clients
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom software developed for them upon full payment
• We retain the right to reuse, modify, and repurpose any software, code, or solutions developed during client projects for other products and services
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during project delivery

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and require signed NDAs for sensitive projects. Client data is protected according to Australian privacy laws and industry best practices.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements
• Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is possible in cases of material breach or insolvency.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Queensland law. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
